With the 2026 season comes a new rule book as Lacrosse Canada has adopted the World Lacrosse Rules and have also provided specific modifications for each age group "Age and Stage". Lacrosse Nova Scotia is compiling these rule changes, as well as posting videos and links to resources for coaches, managers, parents and players on all these changes.
